Limerick Participation Group Go Bowling

The participation group in Limerick has started again and the group met for the first time this week. YAP Ireland staff took the group bowling as its first activity and as a group forming exercise.

Hell & Back Apollo 12km Challenge

YAP Partner Survey

YAP Ireland carried out a Partner Opinion Survey as part of our Annual Report 2013 theme ‘Partnership’. The survey was completed online by partners of YAP Ireland, primarily referrers to the YAP Ireland service.

YAP Compete in Cork Ocean to City Race 2014

On the 31st of May in conjunction with Meitheal Mara, 8 young people on the YAP Ireland programme in Cork competed in the annual international Ocean to City race.

YAP Cork presentation to Pieta House

Case Manager, Amanda and the Advocates in Cork were recently involved in a great participation project with Pieta House in Cork. The project involved a number of young people and Advocates working on a three-part art piece where the young people highlighted the theme of ‘a Gift of Hope’.

Inaugural Conference Children & Youth Forum Limerick

Case Managers Serena Holmes and Amanda James pictured at the YAP Ireland stand at the inaugural conference organised by The Limerick City-wide Children and Youth Forum, in partnership with Limerick FC in Thomond Park on Monday 7th April 2014. The conference was held as part of the Limerick Lifelong Learning Festival.

Longitudinal Evaluation of YAP Ireland
